Bakery is one of Nassau's finest bakeries.
Owned and operated by Salvatore Moscato who left his home
in Ercolano, Italy in 1969 and immigrated to the United States
bringing with him the art of Italian pastry making. His thirty-eight
years plus experience have made Erga Bakery the most complete
bakery; it can serve the need of anyone who walks into the
store - whether the customer needs a pound of cookies or a
wedding cake to feed 800 people and everything in between.
Our products will certainly add the elegant crowning touch
that sets your wedding or special event apart from the rest.
We also bake an assortment of sugar-free items and create
specialty cakes for any special occasion. Our pride, respect
